  • Do I have to maintain a subscription?
    Each new account comes with a complimentary 30 day cloud service subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time. A subscription is not necessary for the Perimify system to work locally. However, in order to see real-time status of access point monitors on the App and to continue receiving mobile notifications of activity on your system, a subscription must be maintained.
  • How do I find a dealer?
    You can find a list of local dealers by clicking the "Dealers" button at the bottom of the home page or by contacting customer service using the "Get in Touch" feature on this page. If no dealers are available in your area, please write to us and a customer service agent will respond as soon as possible.
  • Where can I use the Perimify system?
    The Perimify system was designed to work in multiple applications. APMs are built for outdoor use and will withstand extreme weather conditions. Wirelessly mount them on gates, parcel boxes, garage doors, guesthouses, sheds, barns, campers/RV's, and more. Not only do home owners enjoy Perimify, but so do property managers, facility directors, and grounds keepers. Install the Perimify system at: - Churches - Storage Facilities - Schools - Municipal Properties - Farms - Zoos - Animal Hospitals and Veterinarians - Humane Societies - Hospitals - Adult Memory Care Facilities - Child Daycare Facilities - Hotels - Golf Courses
  • Do kits come with APMs already linked/paired?
    Yes - Kits are sold with APMs already paired to their corresponding Hub. However, if you're a PRO building a custom system for a customer, APMs will need to be paired with the system Hub through a simple setup process during installation.
  • Do APMs make any sound or alarm at the access point?
    No - During normal operation, APMs do not sound an alarm at the point of access. They will instead send a signal to the Hub which will play an audible chime when the access point is opened, closed, or left open. If the Hub has an active cloud subscription, a mobile alert message will also be sent to the user group's mobile devices. Hub chimes can be turned on/off.
  • Can I get a mix of APM colors in one kit?
    Yes - contact your dealer or Perimify customer service for assistance in building a custom kit.
  • Do I get 5 more users with each Hub that I add to my account?
    Yes - Each Hub that you add to your account gives you the ability to monitor an additional ten (10) APMs and with an additional subscription, you can add five (5) additional users to receive mobile notifications from that Hub.
  • Can I buy direct from Perimify?
    No - At this time, systems are only sold through our network of qualified dealers and installers. Contact customer service with questions about commercial applications and custom builds.
  • How do I become a dealer/PRO?
    Send a message to customer service through the support page and our sales team will contact you as soon as possible.
  • How do I delete my account?
    If you want to delete your account, send a request to from the email address associated with your account. After deleting your account, you will no longer be able to receive notifications and cloud subscriptions will not auto-renew.
